Day 3: Adventure & Unwind

Maybe something unexpected. Maybe nothing at all.

5:30pm – Yoga & Reset

Gentle movement to restore and ground.

Roam solo, dine out, or cozy up. The night is yours.

Day 4: Sweat, Spoil & Celebrate

8:30 AM – Group Workout

A final energizer to close the loop.

Midday – Afternoon – Free Time + Optional In-House Massages

Whether it’s a beach nap, an ocean dip, or a deep-tissue massage,

this is your invitation to slow all the way down.

7:00 PM – Farewell Dinner at Ethos

A celebratory, cozy evening with nourishing food

and beautiful toasts to round it all out.

Day 5: Depart Gently

Ease into your goodbye. One last swim, one last sip of coffee by the pool. You’ll leave lighter, fuller, and maybe just a little sun-kissed.
